Refund and Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 5 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
MR ABHISHEK RAMESH PATIL does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 5 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 5 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any refunds approved by MR ABHISHEK RAMESH PATIL, it will take 5 days for the refund to be processed to you.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
✅ Eligible for Refund
- Technical Errors: Payment processed but no access to result due to verified system errors
- Duplicate Charges: Charged multiple times for the same order
- Service Unavailable: Paid but service was completely unavailable (server down for 24+ hours)
- Wrong Product: Received a different reading than purchased
❌ NOT Eligible for Refund
- Change of Mind: Decided you don't want the reading after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with Results: Results were delivered but you disagree with the insights
- Misunderstanding: Thought the service was something different
- Already Accessed: You've already viewed the complete result
- Expired Access: Failed to access within the validity period
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be made within:
- 24 hours of payment for technical issues
- 7 days for duplicate charges
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with the following information:
- Order ID or Razorpay Payment ID
- Transaction Date & Time
- Amount Charged
- Email/Phone Number used during purchase
- Reason for Refund with detailed explanation
- Screenshot of payment confirmation (if available)

Review Process
- Initial Response: Within 24-48 hours
- Investigation: 3-5 business days to verify claim
- Decision: You'll receive approval or denial via email
- Processing: Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
- Credit card refunds appear as credit on your statement
- UPI refunds are instant to same UPI ID
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- Service was partially delivered
- Technical issues occurred after partial access
- Minor errors that didn't significantly impact experience
Denied Refunds
If your refund request is denied, we will provide:
- Clear explanation for the denial
- Evidence supporting our decision
- Alternative solutions (if applicable)
⚠️ Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent account suspension
- Legal action for fraud
- Additional fees
Alternative Solutions
If not eligible for refund, we may offer:
- Free re-generation of your result
- Credit toward a different service
- Extended access period
- Complimentary upgrade
